At The Golf Club Trader, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your new or used clubs don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original purchase condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
Secure Packaging
Place the clubs in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring all headcovers and accessories included in the original sale are present.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our pro-shop staff verifies the condition of the clubs, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
